I've been working for 3 years now with Rex Bookstore Inc. as Sales Coordinator handling National Bookstore Account. Below are my duties:
Ensures that all Rex Branches deliver the NBS P. O’s within the prescribed period.
Liaise in behalf of the Key Account Manager to the other Department and or Branches (Rex & NBS)
Coordinates with Marketing and Customer Service group for New Titles Sell in to NBS
Prepares Sample of New Titles and communication for presentation to NBS Book Buyer
Ensures that all new titles with correct pricing are pipelined in all NBS Branches
Coordinate stock related issues of Rex Branches to Supply Chain Group
Generate Inventory Report
Generate Forecasting and Business Plan Template
One of the Event Committee/Organizer in the cascade of Sales Initiated Programs/Events
Member, Users Committee (Special Group created to review Operational Policy and Processes of REX Retail Group)
