Hi my name is Val. I had an experience of working in a BPO company for 5 years where in we answer calls and solve client problems. I can speak Spanish and English fluently. I had been an Online ESL teacher for Japanese students too.

I also served as the Sales and Marketing officer in our family business where my priority tasks are dealing with clients, handling emails and managing website.
