Professional Experience

I am a Quality Analyst in DSG (Data Service Group) in 3 years now. Had also worked at call center agencies for quite sometime. I have a positive attitude to handle different kinds of customer, unfortunately I was just not into that area (call center) because I was offered to try in the DSG department which I never thought I would love the job.
