Professional Experience
I am a Quality Analyst in DSG (Data Service Group) in 3 years now. Had also worked at call center agencies for quite sometime. I have a positive attitude to handle different kinds of customer, unfortunately I was just not into that area (call center) because I was offered to try in the DSG department which I never thought I would love the job. I am an open minded person, I can work harmoniously with a group or as a group. Being a QA requires a time management abilities, for this long period of time, I could say that I am definitely can work with time pressure. There were unexpected downfall which is expected in a workplace but I managed to stand up by controlling the situation. I am a determined person, either I would not stop or I can't sleep until the problem is solved.
