I worked as a Beauty Consultant for almost 3 years. We give customers advice on how to make the most of their appearance, and sometimes give makeovers to demonstrate product which i learned to communicate well and customer service skills. I have been working the Outsourcing Industry since 2014 i started my career as a Customer Service Representative of Eperformax,Cebu for 17 months. Then I became a Real Estate Appointment setting of Clarity Real Estate Solutions which is mainly responsible for making outbound calls with the purpose of setting up appointments to view or list properties for sale in United States, that way i learned to be more confident over the phone in building rapport and effective customer service. I also worked as a Lead Generation Specialist of UK Telecom JDE Business Solutions an independent company based overseas, assigned in reviewing business contracts of different mobile networks in the UK.
