Currently working for ADP (American Company) as a Senior Payroll Analyst.

I also had an experience working for IBM, under the General Motors Service Parts Assistance Center Account, (Dealer Contact Center), as a customer service specialist for almost 2 years.

Most of my tasks at work are concentrated at client service and interaction.

I also had experiences at working for a Korean company and Japanese online company as an English Instructor Associate. I had worked in this type of field for 7 years.

My skills are more focused on client-handling service, analysis for the best client experiences and HR solution ideas.
I could also do a one-on-one or group English teaching classes, it can be about business studies or basic lessons only.

English translation won't be a problem since it'sy first language and Filipino as well for it is my mother tongue.
