I've had almost ten years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. I would say I am good with dealing with people from different races and with different personalities. Part of being with good customer service, I am also good with multitasking. I am very good with the Microsoft Office application. I can touch-typed as fast as 60 words per minute. I am a fast learner and a perfectionist when it comes to work. I don't just settle for less so I always give my 100% to every task that is assigned to me.
