I have been a virtual assistant for almost 4 years now and my daily tasks would include transcription, sending out emails to clients, setting up reminders for meetings, calling clients to confirm attendance, post blogs, update job posts, book travel arrangements, data entry, and recruitment. I have been in the Customer Service/ Sales industry for 6 years too, and have dealt with Inbound/ Outbound calls, chat and email support, as a virtual assistant I have been sending out emails to clients, setting up reminders for meetings, calling clients to confirm attendance, data entry, and recruitment.
I have been teaching English for 3 years now.
