I have been teaching the English language to Korean, Japanese and Chinese nationals since 2002. I have also worked in several BPO companies and handled calls for an airline account, mobile device and gadgets as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Advisor. I also have very good skills in writing and I am an IELTS passer. I am very hard working and can work without supervision. I can proudly say that I do everything in order for me to do and finish my job/task well.
