I'm Maricar Dela Cruz, 36 years old and I'm a graduate of B.S Computer Engineering. I have almost 14 yrs. of working experience. I have worked in a government company, in a university as a registrar's office staff and I've been a casino dealer for 5 yrs. in a floating casino in Singapore. I have 1 year call center experience with IBM DAKSH. I've handled Amazon account, an online reatail store in the U.S. With my background as a customer service agent and years of dealing with people from different countries I believe that I will be able to help the company grow and achieve success through it's core values.
