Professional Experience
I've been working in the BPO industry for over 3 years. I've been a CSR for more than 2 years and I'm currently working as a Quality Analyst. I've provided both technical and customer support to clients and was able to resolve their concerns. As a Quality Analyst, I've audited CSR responses and provided feedback regarding their areas of opportunity.
I love writing. I also enjoy writing mostly about travel but I can definitely work with any given topic. I can also do data entry. I'm very much familiar with Google Sheets and Excel and I can definitely adapt with a new system.
