Virtual Assistant (Customer Service/HR/Admin/Data Entry/Automated Bookkeeping/Research/Survey/ESL Tutor)

I have been doing freelance and part time ESL tutorial, VA and Administrative jobs for more than two years now. I usually take Admin positions handling both HR and Administrative tasks, and basic financial tasks like automated accounting and bookkeeping.

I have more than ten (10) years of work experience which includes seven (7) years in a BPO industry handling customer service, training and financial accounts. I have been a corporate trainer handling eBay for almost three (3) years doing foundation's and product-specifics' training for both US and UK markets. I've also worked with JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Risk Management Analyst for three (3) years handling corporate US accounts doing outbound phone verification to company CEOs. So, I'm very confident with my communication skills both oral and written.
