In all my years of studying, I have managed to land myself two academic degrees; a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development (Training) and a Bachelor's Degree In Communication Studies. Through those degrees i acquired many basic skills which include communication, content writing, software operation (Microsoft Office), problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, teamwork, language pro-efficiency and a wide variety of interpersonal skills.

After years of working i developed competency in all those basic skills which i acquired through school and university. When I was working in the university I gained several abilities; teaching, public speaking, researching. One the other hand, my experience working as a personal English tutor taught me how to interact, motivate and teach people from non-English speaking countries such as Japan. Last but not least, my time working in an events company has helped me to develop new abilities such as multitasking and customer service.
