I am highly skilled in corporate communications. My experience include writing, editing, lay-outing of publications, copywriting, research and surveys. For the past 24 years I have worked in the Corporate Communications Department of the Philippine Social Security System (SSS). I now head the Communications Research Team which is responsible for gathering feedback from our clientele and reporting/recommending actions to management. I am part of the team which worked for the ISO 9001:2009 certification of our Registration/Membership process. My recommendations have been adapted by the branches concerned and have helped in improving their services.
