I speak fluent Spanish and N2 level Japanese. Most of my work experience has been in education but I am searching for non-teaching employment. I am a resilient and dedicated worker. I am well organised and pay attention to detail. Working to deadlines and having to adapt to changes in priorities, often at the last minute, has given me the confidence to handle high pressure environments. I have worked both independently and as part of a team, and am comfortable with both. On several occasions I was solely responsible for projects, allowing me to use my own initiative. My experience giving seminars and as a language instructor has allowed me to develop excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I also have office experience and have had to work a lot with computers so I am IT competent with a good knowledge of MS Office. I also have some managing experience from my time in the hospitality industry prior to Higher Education.
