I have a decade’s experience with KHANA, which is one of the biggest local NGOs in Cambodia that manage grant fund of more than 10 million US dollars grant fund per year as a Senior Finance Officer: Financial System Management. The funding is from various big donors such as USAID, Global Fund and EC.

Practically, I provide technical support on financial management and accounting to both local and international organization as needed. My daily work involve in dealing with internal and external auditors; preparing financial statements such as Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Financial Performance, Bank Reconciliation and Fund Accountability Statement; Reviewing and Verifying financial supporting documents; In charge of Maintaining Accounting System such as SunSystem, SunVision, QuickBooks; Preparing Payroll; Asset Registers; developing necessary system such as Staff Advance Database System, Payroll Database System to speedup quality reports and to meet deadline.
