As an architect my professional experiences are including:
Communication with landlords and clients about their demands, construction process and all related
requirements
Do material research, including its shipping, pricing comparison, healthy and safety requirement
Building quantity calculation
Suggest candidate for tenders.
Research, examine, and adapt plans in AutoCAD according to structural requirements and building, center, or city’s construction working requirements and regulations.
Translate all plans and required documents (between German and English) for approval by building authorities, follow up with execution and detail planning preparation, distribution and communication with clients, materials suppliers, and contractor.
Visit construction sites and make report as well as documentation.
