Where I am directly manage all the financial transaction, plan and budget with harmony of Program budget line and MA policy; Coordination with Donor level and field level, Ensure the VAT and TAX of the project level as well, Coordinate and manage the Assistant finance and admin officers for smooth operation. Maintain and manage all of the compliance related to procurement harmony with MA policy; regular and smooth material supply for the program operation; procurement planning and oversee all of the HR related document and compliance.
