I have 14 years of experienced in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, where I demonstrated and using my skill over the years in designing M&E framework, log frame, learning documentation include to identify performance indicators, mile stone, developing M&E tools, information management etc. I am expert in designing the qualitative and quantitative survey methodology for Baseline, Evaluation, and Research. For smooth and effective program operation, I am conducting capacity building training and workshop for the project and partner staffs on M&E system, different participatory approaches, Baseline and Evaluation methodology, Interview techniques, Report writing, data analysis, SPSS etc. I am facilitating the challenging role for collecting the large amounts of baseline, evaluation and ongoing MIS data, where I am using those data to help management for decision making, progress monitoring, developing new project proposal.
