I graduated from University of the Philippines Los Banos (UPLB) of Master in Development Communication Science, graduated with honor, scholarship of IDRC-Canada in 2008, and Master in Development Management (MDM) from Norton University in Cambodia with the scholarship of EFN-USA in 2006. I been online studied sine 2005 on the Participatory Development Communication at UPLB. I had been working in field of community development more than 16 years. I am working on environment, Policy, community livelihood, sustainable and income restoration, and capacity building.
