Professional Experience
I am a graduate of BS Education English major with 7 years of expertise in the areas of Clerical and Administrative Support, as well as backgrounds in Customer Service, Telephone Handling, Email Support, Data Entry and Teaching.
I worked as a Secretary and Head of a Cashier/Accounting Department, where I was tasked to write various documents, as well as kept track of records/inventory of accounts and other monetary obligations to different companies. Prior to this, I worked as a Technical Support Agent at an international company, where I handled all complaints and inquiries through email chat for their MSN account, as well as handled a short-term Telemarketing project for their Macromedia account. I had also worked as an English Teacher at an exclusive school for boys.
I am a very passionate worker. I finish whatever task is given me. I see to it that I complete the project and give it my hundred percent.
