For the past 7 years, I have been working as an agent / resolution specialist for BPO companies based in the Phillippines. In my tenure w/ those companies, I have learned to deal with difficult scenarios and customers, and to carefully resolve their issues. Now, I'm starting to try something new, I am now trained to be a Safety Officer for construction sites and a licensed First Aider, accredited by Red Cross.
