Evan Raditya Pratomo a.k.a PAPERCAPTAIN was born in 1990 in Malang, Indonesia and known as contemporary Visual Artist for his flexibility in working with different techniques; children illustration, pop surrealism, modern art, and ornamental.

He was the only Indonesian involved in the campaign of Adobe Photoshop’s 25th Anniversary and his anniversary art also got a seat of honour at Adobe MAX 2015, the world's leading creativity conference in Los Angeles, California. In April 2015, he served as guest speaker at Leipzig Bookfair 2015, Leipzig, Germany, along with several Indonesian authors and illustrators.
