I have sound ability to give recommendation and have active participation in making important decisions on various activities of Uttara University. For example, I took part in preparing pay scale and service grade which was successfully implemented from 2015. I am also highly responsible for taking decision on any research and publication related activities of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Uttara University. In addition, I am one of the important members of the “Decision Making and Implementation Committee” of Uttara University.
