Professional Experience
I am currently an Office Manager here in the Philippines, I assist my Managing Director who is based in Australia as well as the suppliers and the clients. I conduct interviews and orientations of employee. I maintain hard copies and electronic filing system. I processed orders and invoices and manage the admin data base. Previously, I worked as a product support representative who delivers service and support to end-users using the phone via remote connection or over the internet. Also, I was given the opportunity to become a virtual travel agent who assist clients in getting the best travel, hotel and car rental rates.
