自己紹介
I have 3 years experience working both as a customer service and technical support representative in four of the most biggest call center companies in the Philippines, Qualfon, Convergys, Sykes and UnitedHealth Group helping customers all over the world.
I am very much skilled in assisting customers about their queries and problems by phone and e-mail using effective communication skills involving listening, understanding and speaking. I must say that as I grow along with these companies I was able to easily adapt a fast paced environment that multi-tasking never became an issue to me. I also happen to be an online English tutor to Chinese students so I am quite exposed to a few cultures around the world which developed my flexibility and adaptability.
