Professional Experience
National Consultant for UNDP to conduct the Bangladesh country study for Global Study on Legal Aid. By profession a lawyer practicing in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Joined the Bar in 2000. Wrote the first book on disability rights law in Bangladesh, which was jointly published by Harvard Law School Project on Disability (HPOD) and Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST). Expert in legal drafting, legislative drafting, corporate documentation including joint venture business initiatives, policy advocacy, disability rights law, private international law, public interest litigation, civil and matrimonial matter. Visited Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Greece, Thailand and India abroad.
