Professional Experience
In my most recent role as Member Development Specialist to ensure that information about CCC’s programs, services, benefit and event are communicated efficiently and effectively to CCC members, partners, supporters and the public.
I was responsible for member meeting, facilitate member visiting, facilitate the referral service to address the current problem, publication and communication service and provide some input for the member service strategy. I have proven myself to be a competent team player with the capacity to manage a number of diverse member support functions. My job has required strong planning and organizational skills with an analytical approach to problem management. I have also had the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal communication and member assessment skills.
