My academic degree is Business Administration major in Marketing from the University of the Phili[ppines. I have worked with the private sector and the following prestigious government offices under the Department of Trade and Industry, in managerial capacity: Board of Investments, Garments and Textile Export Board, and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, spanning 40 years. My expertise and experience are in investment promotion and facilitation, export promotion, and economic zone estate administration. In most of my years with government, Japan was one of my major country accounts and I have been to Japan several times before in the course of promoting trade between countries. I can assist Japanese and other multinational companies in their business endeavours in the Philippines.
