Professional Experience
My first job was audio transcription so we convert audio files to text. I was a transcriber for 1 year. Right now, I'm currently working in a BPO company for 4 years. I am a Technical Support agent under a VOIP company (Voice Over Internet Protocol), at the same time, customer service support. I'm looking for extra income so I'm hoping this freelancing will help me.
