Customer Service
• Assisting customers personally or by email regards to their inquiries about the products and services offered by the company.
• Educating the customers about the services and products offered by the company, giving good customer service experience to clients.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Daily activation of applied lines, monitoring after sales and admin tasks for the store.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including status of pending applications monthly activations and received application of the store.
