I have 100% quality score during my time working in this field. We specialize refinancing and mortgages and I'm pretty sure I know this job. After that i worked in one of the biggest outsourcing company (call center) in the world employing 125,000 employees in 35 countries for 2 1/2 years. We sold warranties for dell computers. And I'm proud to say I'm one of the top performer as a sales agent. Now I'm woring in xerox (maker of photocopier machines) as call center agent we handle Health Savings Account (HSA).
