A professional worker who served several multi-national BPO companies as a front liner (technical support by phone and chat) for several U.S. ISPs. Was also given opportunities to mentor colleagues to share best practices and assist new hires during their onboarding phase.
Currently working full-time and remotely for a technology solutions company, serving as a business correspondent to an assigned U.S. client. Also working freelance for a linguistic technology service company as a US-English transcriber.
As work in progress, is open to apprenticeship to those willing to provide on the job training for web developing and the use of Wordpress to gain further knowledge and experience on this trade.
