I worked as customer service representative after I graduated college. Around April 2007, I worked at a call center company. I was able to take calls for order entry line for Haband, answer customer complaints for a telephone company and I was able to open and close jobs for an American cable company. I do a lot of multi-tasking and keen enough to cater the customers' needs. I was able to finished my contract there and afterwards I land on a day job Currently I worked as a public school teacher. I am working at the Department of Education for almost 5 years now. I can call myself now an experienced and seasoned teacher. By the way I am an English major and a licensed teacher.
