I'm currently working as an English tutor for Chinese nationals via online platform for almost three years now. My responsibilities are to teach correct grammar, pronunciation and help them expand their vocabularies in English and most importantly teach them how to use the English language in communicating with other people especially to foreigners.
I worked as a customer service representative for American clients for almost 3 years, and I was assign to a sales account department where we set up repair appointments for them and upgrade their appointments to a warranty sale, which I developed my marketing skills. We are also providing quality service over the phone by answering all their inquiries and providing solutions to their concerns and that's where I developed my interpersonal skills in dealing with people. Chat & email support is also part of my experience since it is needed when providing service follow ups to our clients.
