My name is Khaycelyn Santos Dimaano, 27 years old, graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

I started as an apprentice at the Commission on Higher Education. After 6 months, they absorbed me as an Administrative Clerk and I worked with them for 5 years while I continue my studies.

After 5 years, I applied for the same position at Pilipinas Teleserv Inc. I worked with them for almost 4 years.

I also worked as a Customer Service Associate II at Convergys Philippines Corporation for 1 year and 3 months.
