I am a registered and licensed environmental planner, researcher and educator. I am an expert in Environmental Impact Assessment, Land Use Planning, Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management. I am also adept in strategic planning, logical framework analysis, strategic environmental impact assessment, project development and management, monitoring and evaluation, among others.

Also, I have an intensive background in research and technical writing, with expertise in urban and environmental management, women and development, and sociology-related researches; and have been involved in various researches and projects in the Philippines and South East Asia.
