Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. I used to work with Pepsi Cola as a Logistics Supervisor handling deliveries, invoices, inventory management and data statistics. I also worked in the BPO industry as a customer service representative handling bills and as an appointment coordinator working directly with an auditor from Travelers Insurance arranging their schedules via email and phone informing their clients of what is exactly needed for the audit.
