I've worked for 5 years as a Customer Service Associate/Technical Support Representative in one of the top BPO companies in the world. I've been assigned in a Cable/ISP account and have acquired vast knowledge on troubleshooting internet connectivity, networking devices, as well as computers and mobile devices. I also know how to work with Wordpress since I've gone back to blogging again. I am proficient in various Windows and MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc. I have basic knowledge on Photoshop. I am currently transitioning from a full-time office job to an online freelance position. I am highly organized and work better when self-directed. I love researching everything I need first to be able to provide the best output. I want a stable job wherein I would be able to utilize my skills in a non-traditional office setting at the same time help you build and succeed in your business.
