Way back 5 years ago, I worked in a Japanese company ( as a cost accounting) and in the Customer Service Industry (as a Return Management Authorization Specialist) in an American company.
My extensive exposure in customer service industry as a Return Management Authorization Specialist gave me the skills to multi-task things and being able to handle pressure in resolving issues relating to broad customer concerns.Also, my background in Accounting molded me to become skeptical and being attention to every details that I am doing. With these in hand, accuracy and determination became a must to me in whatever job or projects I worked with.
