I have worked in the Customer Service field for 6 years and also worked as an ESL (English as Secondary Language) tutor for 1 year. I have had ample experience dealing with customers when it comes to providing them product information or product specification and technical support. I have also taught Japanese student and helped a few students pass TOIEC and EIKEN exams. Even had business conversations to some Japanese businessmen and women.
