I previously worked as an Email Customer Support representative, which handles live chat, Facebook account, technical-related issues and general information inquiries in a binary options trading software. I have skills in using Kayako and Clickbank ticketing system.

I also worked 2 years as data encoder. I have skills in using MS Excel, MS Word, Google Docs, Google Drive, Spreadsheet and Dropbox. I have good English writing skills and willing to learn anything about the job and be productive.

Furthermore, I have skills in using photoshop and can design business cards, t-shirts, posters, invitations, menus, digital scrapbooks and simple photo manipulation.
