I have been in the call center industry for a total of over 8 years. I started out as Technical Support Representative. I took inbound calls for more than a year, then got promoted as a Subject-Matter Expert. Because of my expertise, I was then hired as a Program-Ready Trainer.
My experience and skills in the field of customer service and technical support should significantly help in meeting the goals of whatever related project you may offer.
