In our company, I am assigned to maintain and develop additional features for POS/Sales and AR System both on local and national areas. I am also the one that serves as a database administrator for our databases on local and remote locations. Sometimes, also assist with our IT Support Technician on hardware/ software evaluation and troubleshooting as well as guiding our Junior programmers.
On my tenure, I have already developed a Hardware Inventory System and monitoring, HRIS (Personnel and Loan Module) and minor enhancements for assigned systems and other duties requested by my superior.
I am also one of the IT support of our ongoing ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Nav) implementations.
