• Have been managing of Nam Tri Viet law firm with other partners since July 2009 as Chief of Legal Consultant cum a head of branch.
• Have been advising on a wide range of Vietnam related matters including investment projects, labour, real estate.
• Have been co-operating with Thailand law firm Tilleke & Gibbins Consultants Limited, Ho Chi Minh Branch in various matters as an Of Counsel and Indochina Legal Société d’Avocats law firm in some litigation matters, doing due diligence for M&A.
• Worked for Mayerbrown JSM (Vietnam) from October 2007 to June 2009 as trainee lawyer, assisting senior laws in commercial transaction, drafting contracts and preparing foreign investment documents, contacting with licensing authorities.
• Worked for a local law firm from June 2005 to August 2007 major in consulting civil laws.
