I am a Project manager with the Technologies division of a global Financial institution and the following have been my professional responsibilities:
• Managing relationship building with business partners and Technology teams for providing technical consulting on Voice Response capabilities, determining and translating business requirements into technology solutions and resolving partner service issues
• Functioning as a coordinator between the Technology Team, Business Partners and the Internal / External Delivery Teams for providing technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Serving as an integral part in partner proposal activities for ensuring understanding of customer needs.
• Leading delivery of all projects including tracking of key project milestones, accurate reflection of project budgets, forecasts and actual cost, and monitoring and communicating the progress of project delivery.
