I have worked as a Customer Service Representative through email and live chat support for more than a year and it was for an online trading company where I have to address customer concerns and help them resolve issues in a timely manner. Prior to that, I have worked as an SEO for an Internet Marketing agency based in the US, and my tasks were focused on writing classified ads, article short notes, bookmarking details which are all related to the services our agency renders. I also have experience with Admin tasks like reports and some inventories. I have also experienced working in a food manufacturing company as a Quality Assurance Inspector.
