自己紹介

I am an individual who is very passionate on customer service. I have been working in a customer service industry for 6 years and also having a small business related to customer service. I worked as a contact center agent (Technical Support) for 1 year and 11 months in Convergys Philippines. I am doing inbound and outbound calls for technical issues particularly on internet, cable TV and digital phone. Also an e-mail and Live Chat support specialist. After that, I worked as a customer service representative in Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singapore) in-house support. I was tasked do onsite support, inbound and outbound calls. I am the assistant Team Leader of our pioneering team in E-mail and Chat support. We are so called Resolutions Team which is the last line of defense for technical issues. We are fronting complicated issues as well as complicated customers. We go onsite to troubleshoot if we are unable to troubleshoot over the phone.
