I am a college graduate with a Bachelors degree. Currently working now for CONVERGYS Philippines Incorporated as a fraud analyst. I have been in the call center industry for almost 7 years. I have a technical support experience, customer service skills and analytical skills. Outbound and inbound calling are my cup of tea.
