He had been involved in planning and execution of strategic sourcing and other activities related to recruitment like job advertisement posting, review and prequalify resume of candidate based on the clients/ hiring managers requirement, conduct interview and or sending a set of questionnaires to candidate, resume profiling and recommend pre-qualified talent to clients/ hiring managers, schedule candidate interview with the clients/ hiring managers, presentation of job offer letter to successful candidate etc.
