自己紹介
I have been providing world-class customer service to many since 2006. Being able to deal with different types of people phoned me to converse effectively. I have extensive experience in pre and after-sales service, levels 1 and 2 technical support, complaints management, and customer retention. I worked in teams that handle level 2 escalation focusing on complaints management. Parts of my job roles were:
• assuring customers that concerns will be dealt with the utmost attention
• understanding what matters most to the customer and providing timely resolution
• following through by monitoring service tickets raised until all issues are sorted out
• providing any type of compensation when necessary
I am fit for the job and can do the job right because I am a detail-oriented person. I learn fast and able to follow instructions with ease, can work with minimal to no supervision, and I have the "can do" attitude.
